BIOGRAPHY

Ever since childhood, art, specifically figure drawing, has been my passion. My journey to becoming a professional artist in my chosen medium began in junior high with after-school and weekend art classes. I was fortunate to have my mother who was supportive of my passion and made the sacrifice to move our family close to a performing arts high school.
Attending this high school taught me confidence and self-discipline to further my professional development. After high school, I enrolled in art classes as well as discovered an interest in the digital arts at my local community college. For three years I dedicated my time to honing my craft. By this time I developed an interest in comic books and graphic novels.
In 2021 I transferred to California State University, Northridge where I currently major in art and minor in creative writing. I have now solidified my personal style in illustration; however, I strive to have a flexible and ever-changing method to figure drawing and visualization.
